SALES TERMS

All Sales are final. Please inspect all merchandise thoroughly upon receipt. Notify My Hair Popz within 5 days of receipt of goods to report shipping errors. My Hair Popz will make corrections upon verification. Minimum order of $50 is required.

RETURN PROCESSING

Requests for returns must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. A Return Goods Authorization form and address label will be issued. The merchandise can be returned at the customer's expense. All merchandise must be returned unused and in original condition and packaging. You will be credited the amount you paid, less a restocking fee. Unauthorized returns will be returned to the sender.

DEFECTIVES AND SHIPPING ERROR RETURNS

My Hair Popz guarantees the quality of all merchandise. My Hair Popz will promptly issue a return label for exchange or credit. However, My Hair Popz will not accept returns more than 30 days from the date of the original invoice.

DAMAGE

My Hair Popz guarantees the quality of our product, but we will not accept exchanges or refunds if the hair is melted or burned.  Hair should never be heated above 300 degrees Fahrenheit or 180 Celsius. Heat should be applied carefully and not for long periods of time.  It is highly recommended to use a temperature controlled device when curling or straightening hair extensions.

SHIPPING

Unless otherwise requested, My Hair Popz ships all orders USPS First Class. If another shipping method is preferred, please specify your preferred shipping method when placing your order.

RECEIPT OF DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

Should any order be damaged in shipping, please adhere to the following procedure:

1. Obtain an inspection report from your local post office.
2. Have the post office return the merchandise, with receipt enclosed, back to My Hair Popz. Under no circumstance should merchandise be returned in any other way without first consulting My Hair Popz.

LOST MERCHANDISE

Should merchandise be lost in transit, My Hair Popz will replace the goods after the shipment has been traced. Upon notification by the carrier of non-delivery, a claim will be filed, and the merchandise will be replaced or a credit issued.
